Hermanski Jackson, a partner at EBL, serves as a consultant in the Industrial-Organization division. A graduate of the University of Baltimore with a M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Hermanski, has gained the knowledge skills and abilities necessary to serve as a change agent for any organization. Mr. Jackson specializes in job analysis, test development and performance management systems. His experience to date has been centered in government organizations in the areas of job analysis, assessment centers and test development. He also has additional experience in the private sector, with companies such as Auto Zone Inc, where he has conducted job analyses for line workers.
